As an Account Manager, you play a key role in the success of both our customers and our agency. You will manage customer relationships, conduct insurance reviews, and actively engage in insurance sales conversations. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, reliable, optimistic, and sales-minded, with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.

You will work with warm leads, educate customers on auto, home, renters, and life insurance products, and help clients make informed coverage decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and agency growth
  • Educate customers on auto, home, renters, and life insurance options
  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and text
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals
  • Accurately document customer interactions and policy updates
  • Collaborate with team members to support marketing and sales initiatives
Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to engage in insurance sales conversations
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance sales, account management, or customer service experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
